What This Means

Photography and Video Recording

Newquay AFC regularly captures photos and videos at matches and events for:

• Social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube)
• Marketing and promotional materials
• Website content
• Match reports and highlights
• Sponsor materials and communications
• Print materials (posters, programmes, flyers)
• News coverage and press releases

Your Consent

By entering the stadium, you grant Newquay AFC the unrestricted right to use your image, likeness, voice, and/or any statements you make in any media format, worldwide, in perpetuity, without compensation.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Still photographs
• Video footage
• Audio recordings
• Live streaming
• Broadcast footage

Minors

Parents and guardians consent on behalf of any children under 18 in their care when entering the stadium with them.

Your Rights

Opting Out

If you do not wish to be recorded or photographed:

• Contact a steward or club official upon entry
• We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request
• Please note that we cannot guarantee complete avoidance in crowd shots

Removal Requests

If content featuring you has been published and you wish it to be removed:

• Contact us at [email protected]
• Include details of the content and where it appears
• We will review and respond to all requests

Data Protection

Newquay AFC processes your image in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Our lawful basis for processing is legitimate interest in promoting the club and engaging with our community.
