Sponsorship Terms & Conditions

1. Enquiry Process

Submitting a sponsorship order form constitutes an enquiry only. Sponsorship is not confirmed until the club has reviewed your request, confirmed availability, and you have received written confirmation from Newquay AFC.

2. Availability

All sponsorship items are subject to availability. Some items are exclusive (e.g., kit sponsorship positions, stadium naming rights) and may already be taken. The club reserves the right to offer alternative options if your first choice is unavailable.

3. Payment Terms

  • Year 1 payment is due upon confirmation of your sponsorship.
  • For multi-year commitments with annual payments, subsequent years are due by 30 April of each year.
  • Full upfront payment may be made at a discount if selected during ordering.
  • All prices are in GBP (£) and exclude VAT.

4. Sponsor Benefits

As a sponsor, you will receive:

  • Visibility as specified in your chosen sponsorship package
  • Recognition on club media where appropriate
  • Acknowledgment on the club website sponsors page
  • Certificate of appreciation (upon request)
  • Eligibility for half-price season tickets (see below)

Specific benefits vary by sponsorship type. The club will provide full details upon confirmation.

Season Ticket Benefit

Sponsors may purchase half-price season tickets based on their annual spend:

  • Under £500 annual spend: Up to 2 half-price season tickets
  • £500+ annual spend: Up to 4 half-price season tickets

Season tickets are £65 each (normally £130) and provide access to all home games at Mount Wise for the season being sponsored. Season tickets are purchased separately using a personalised discount code provided after your sponsorship is confirmed. This benefit is not included in your sponsorship total.

5. Logo and Brand Usage

Sponsors must provide high-resolution logos in appropriate formats for reproduction. The club reserves the right to adjust logo placement and sizing to fit available spaces. Sponsors grant Newquay AFC permission to display their logo and company name in connection with the sponsorship.

6. Club's Right to Refuse

Newquay AFC reserves the right to decline any sponsorship enquiry at its sole discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Businesses that conflict with existing sponsors
  • Businesses involved in activities contrary to the club's values
  • Businesses that may bring the club into disrepute

7. Cancellation

Once sponsorship is confirmed and payment made, refunds are generally not available. In exceptional circumstances, please contact us to discuss. Multi-year commitments cannot be cancelled mid-term without the club's agreement.

8. Duration and Renewal

Sponsorships run for the football season (typically August to May) unless otherwise agreed. At the end of your commitment period, you will be contacted regarding renewal options. Multi-year sponsors will receive priority consideration for continued sponsorship.

9. Data Protection

Your personal and business information will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR. We will use your details to manage your sponsorship and keep you informed about club news and future opportunities. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
